R&R Traders has never had a shield returned during our 20 years in business. Any problem or adjustment can be easily rectified. We import our shields after careful managerial inspectio. Custom, import and license fees are paid by us. Shields are sent to you from Virginia (USA). Buying direct from Afirca can present the home buyer with a surprise and be cost prohibitive. Prices of Zulu Shields are based upon difficulty of obtaining a specific color of hide. There is no sacrifice to workmanship. All shields are made to authentic specifications. Shipped from Virginia for U.S. and World purchases.

Our authentic Zulu War shields are made by a Zulu Shield-Maker whose work is unsurpassed. Each shield is an art form and a striking conversation piece. These shields are unique to R & R TRADERS and sold around the world to stores and individuals for decorating rooms and offices. Many are sold to military and other organizations that present them as farewell gifts.

Other companies show a representative picture of a shield, then send you whatever color is available or they will require you to describe a color then try to find something similar. You will not likely receive what you want from them. When you choose an R&R Trader Shield, that shield is exactly what you will receive.
