All of our items are sold from stock. We do not take your order and then try to find it or give you a duplicate. If you are not happy with your product, send it back within two weeks of arrival. Shipping, Insurance and Packaging costs are not refundable. A restocking charge may apply in some cases. Skins are not refundable, if ordered without previous email query.
